Read on to see one of the most amazing choices for your upcoming summer! – Bali – the heaven where the sky and the earth fall in love!

Are you wondering about where to go this summer for you, your family or your friends? Don’t worry! I have a great idea right now when I was extremely impressive and had memorable experience last summer with my boyfriend. And I do believe that it will also satisfy you, even fastidious tourists. That is Bali, an island paradise in Indonesian archipelago, which is a fantastic mixture of tribal culture, picturesque beaches, exciting activities and world-class amenities. Also I have to express my thanks for Contiki.com when it gave me a closer view about this beautiful island and more importantly provided me a reasonably cheap tour, but with the best service that I’ve ever experienced.

Summer is the most ideal time for you to arrive in this heaven, and Contiki.com offers up to 26 departures from June 2017 to January 2018. However I highly recommend that you should come here between June and September to enjoy its wonderful landscapes and climate. You can visit Bali in 8 days with ideal budget – 846$, which saves up to 44$. And now, let’s have a look at your itinerary when landing in this island.

My 8 wonderful days in Bali island

Day 1: I arrived in Seminyak, known as the most sultry and sophisticated spot in Asia. There are loads of drinking spots on the road that lines Seminyak beach, from high end pool clubs to simple beach bars where I had chance to enjoy an ice-cold Bintang on a plastic chair plonked on the sand, and move on for the tropical scene our souls are begging for.

The next 3 days – Gili Trawangan: I was definitely attracted by the natural beauty of this largest of the three islands with powdery white beaches, clear blue water and perfect position to observe the sunsets over Bali’s Mt Agung and Lombok’s Mt Rinjani. Lots of different activities made me relaxing after hard working days, especially diving with over 25 dive sites, sunbathing, bar-hopping outrigger boats, and chartering with the local outriggers fishing boats.

Day 5 and 6 – Senggigi (on the island of Lombok): The pink sand, idyllic waters and endless fields of palm trees are stunning. More interestingly, we enjoyed a variety of restaurants, bars, discotheques, photo processors, money changers, souvenir shop and a range of accommodations starting from budget guest house to 5 star hotels. And we were offered a 5 star hotel with excellent facilities and the view to the beach in such a cheap price ever, which made us really surprised.

Day 7: After travelling around some island, we came back and tasted great food, danced the night away and relished being back in the metro arms of Bali in Seminyak.

The final day – Ubud – Bali’s cultural heart – the home of good restaurants, cafes and streets of shops, many selling goods from the region’s artisans. It’s a big pity if travelling to Bali, but we forget the Elephant Cave, Tegalalang Rice Terrance and Monkey Forest – How can I say? – It was really breathtaking and gave me close exposure to the nature.

These above are just some key points. Also during the trip, I was extremely satisfied with the best services by Contiki: professional tour guides; 8 meals, especially including delicious local foods; gorgeous transportation, accommodation and entertainment, and more importantly the most attractive price– just 846$ for 8 wonderful days in this heaven island.

So I always would like  to give my thanks to Contiki when they helped me to have such a fantastic Bali trip with my boyfriend. That was really exhilarating!
